Selecting Products at Vstore

Vstore

Firstly, be aware when setting up your first Vstore that you have different degrees of control in different kinds of stores. Some will allow you to make few changes (if any) to the products stocked - and the ability to create a unique store is fundamental to our "single interest" model.
So make sure you browse around the different options.

At the demo site, the "Tents" link shows some of the different ways of linking into your Vstore.

  • General Link - pointer to the front door of the store
  • Product Link - blur the edges between your site and your store by pulling items into your site and adding personal value to them.

Creating pages with a single product - or a small group of closely related products, is a great way to build a range of pages that are very subject focused, and therefore good entry points into your site for the Search Engines. Further down this page, you can see an example from the demo site.

If you are really serious about building a business around your Vstore (and it certainly can be done) - I strongly recommend you take a look at a much more detailed home study course titled "Right on the Money".

The authors - Patrick Anderson and Michael Henderson - are the executive team of ADNet International. These guys are among the top 10 or 12 internet marketing experts in the world - and this book contains soooo much concentrated experience that can be applied to any internet business.

But - the beauty for PDCB'ers is that they use the Vstore concept specifically as the worked example to show how their principles can be applied profitably.

This course is all about selling product, and is highly recommended.
